My favorites from Jeremy Scott’s Fall collection: a nod to the 90s and Instant message emoticons.
Remember RHLS’s Emoticon collection? Great minds think alike.
Jeremy Scott takes a deeper and more literal exploration into Internet culture, where the past is just a click away from the present.
Can you see that bustier and mini skirt peeking through? I wanna wear this raincoat on my scooter when I drive in the rain.
The perfect 90s tank dress. I’ll have 2 heaping spoonfuls of that silhouette, please. (In fact, I’ll prob make my own version for summer)
Body-con rainbow of colors parading with a smile near you. Each of those blocks is a keyboard key. Guess where he put the space bar?
This was made with REAL HUMAN HAIR. Is it just me, or do you picture Peaches in this?
Catsuits were big in the 90s, and another item you’re about to see a lot of. The print is what your computer screen looks like when you have a lot of windows open. Guess he was doing a lot of internet image searching..
Who doesn’t love unicorns? Notice the hair on the unicorn is the same as the human hair jacket (dress? coat?) from above. Ah, now you see.
The ultimate ode to 90s bad boy Bart Simpson. Do the Bartman. Hard to tell, but that sweater kinda looks like it has a cape attached to the arms – Bartman had a cape.
If you wanna check out the entire collection, go to Style.com – also where I nabbed these photos from, thanks!
